1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing TutorConnect, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Free Joining for Teachers & Institutes

Teachers and institutes can register free of charge. There is no joining, registration, listing, or subscription fee. The platform earns a 30% commission on the student's monthly tuition fee only after a successful admission. The teacher/institute receives the remaining 70%.

3. Profile Approval

Teacher and institute profiles must be verified and approved by the Super Admin before they become public. TutorConnect reserves the right to accept or reject any registration.

4. Student Admissions

Students are assigned to teachers/institutes by the Super Admin. Admissions become active once the monthly fee is recorded and the status is set to active.

5. Reviews

Reviews submitted by students are verified by the Super Admin. Only approved reviews are displayed publicly. Teachers and institutes cannot approve or modify their own reviews.

6. Privacy

Private contact information is never exposed publicly. Enquiries are handled through the platform only.

7. Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activity. Violations may lead to account deactivation.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
